Yoga is a direct reflection of your life! We aim to help you bring balance, flexibility, strength to your body, mind and spirit. Questions are always welcome. All classes include centering meditation and embrace Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga styles. Please bring towel and bottled water to the following classes.

YOGA ETIQUETTE

DO...remove your shoes in the lobby
DO...speak softly in the studio
DO...wear loose, comfortable workout attire
DO...stay well hydrated
DO...purchase your personal yoga mat
DON'T...eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class
DON'T...wear heavy fragrances/perfumes
DON'T...enter studio during meditation
