Developing a close relationship between children, nature and yoga

Once children feel connected to nature our youth will see the connection between loving the earth and caring for its well-being, including themselves. The Traveling YogaBerries teach our youth about ocean awareness and wildlife preservation.

The YogaBerries was created to develop a close relationship between children, nature and yoga. We believe that when children feel connected to nature they will naturally find themselves loving the earth and caring for its well-being. In loving the world around them, they can also learn to love and nurture themselves, body and mind.

Valerie's organic teaching introduces her students to the healthy lifestyle along with yoga philosophy and a whole new life’s perspective.

YogaBerries are investing in childrens’ healthy lifestyle. If children can wear Yoga pants to school they can do Yoga poses. The YogaBerries wants to create a healthier marine environment while also teaching about Yoga philosophy and meditation to create peace and harmony in our world.

With the growing popularity of children’s Yoga, Mystic Sea Productions wants to help educate children on the wonders of the rainforest and ocean. I want to travel the country with the Traveling YogaBerries to inspire kids to get outside and enjoy nature while doing Yoga.

The Traveling YogaBerries grew out of a series of yoga classes in which environmental education found a natural place alongside stretching and a noncompetitive philosophy. In a series of videos, Mystic Sea Productions brings the Traveling YogaBerries into homes across the country, teaching youth about ocean awareness and wildlife preservation.

Please contact Valerie regarding Events and Classes for further information about book signings, story time and DVD Yoga events.

Yoga means to Unite!

Mission

To educate our future generation about the environment and to encourage a noncompetitive and healthy lifestyle.

Vision

The healthy lifestyle that Mystic Sea Productions envisions cannot become a reality unless kids can get outside and get moving! To that end, we have developed a line of yoga pants with bright and bold prints, and made of soft, high quality, high performance fabrics that are comfortable and durable for athletics, meditation, or everyday wear.

Goal

The Traveling YogaBerries look forward to the opportunity to travel the nation and the globe, spreading the word about the yogic lifestyle. Noncompetitive, Stretching and Environmental Awareness!
